该职位将负责华北区域销售，包括管理、建立、开发经销渠道，培训和评估工程经销商；
推广保温材料，并参与产品演示和客户会议；
为客户提供产品信息更新并阐明产品核心竞争力；
负责每月或更频繁的销售预测，推动业务成果。
The role will be responsible for sales management requirements including building, developing and managing distribution channels, training and evaluating distributors, attending product demos and customer meetings to assess effectiveness and commitment of each sales channel, support distribution channels with product updates, competitive sales information and be responsible for monthly or more frequent forecasting, drive business results.

Base 天津/济南

Requirements:
1. Proven record of 4-10 years of work experience in building materials or construction industries （4-10年建筑材料行业销售经验，有暖通经验更佳）
2. Ability to build a strong sales channel
3. Coordinate effectively with different area sales team to avoid possible project and price conflict to maximize OC's benefit
4. Strong influencing ability to coordinate and align cross-functional resources to achieve the target of annual sales revenue, gross margin
5. College diploma or above, with a major in building materials or construction engineering
6. Excellent interaction skills and communication skills
