1.Work with the team together to achieve the targets in assigned region. Frequent Sales Calls required. 2.Constantly survey the market and identify new business / project opportunities 3.Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. 4.Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. 5.Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and strategies in consultation with Headquarter, and establish and maintain the good relationships especially towards the management level 6.Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. 7. Leverage with the sales call/show, etc, to find new customers & applications and also to extend the business with the existing customers according to defined strategies. 8. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability 9.Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company 10. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products 11. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
