1. Professional ticketing IT services
2. Reasonably allocate and divide work internally and externally (outsourcing), establish a three-dimensional service system, and continuously improve work efficiency, especially improving the level of attention and support for the customer-facing team (purchasing, sales and business development)
3. Participate in Lohmann’s support for strategic businesses such as e-commerce
4. IT-supported management system, with no security risks or risk of information leakage, such as check-in for sales business development and purchasing departments
5. Responsible for the information security of all customer projects.
6. Installation, maintenance, improvement and monitoring of the overall IT architecture of Domain China branches upon request or in consultation of G-IT. (including User Off- and Onboarding and telephone exchange)
7. Cooperate with the Global IT to carry out the necessary research, analysis, maintenance and upgrade of the IT architecture of all branches of Lohmann China;
8. Maintenance activities including troubleshooting issues, upgrades and installations for local systems only upon request or in consultation with G-IT.
9. Setup and maintain IT security system and policy together with global function IT.
10. Support the management in strategic investment and IT cost/project calculation for IT projects.
11. Improve working process and establish objectives, policies and standards together with global function IT to ensure quality and cost effectiveness of IT Service Support and Delivery based on ITIL best practice.
12. Development, management and training of IT functions and IT coordinators.
13. Provide support to ERP and database system.
14. Cooperate closely with Global IT Department and assist the leadership teams in fulfilling their goals.
15. Fully support the work of Senior Manager of SSC
16. Complete special projects assigned by the company for cross-departmental cooperation
