For New Project：
61Carry out process feasibility evaluation and process release according to the design drawing.
61Participate in the project quotation of tools, process and personnel.

For Sample Production Phase ：
61According to the design information, confirm the sample process parameters.
61Follow up sample production and solve process related problems.
61Make PFC document, based on process flow.
61Collect and measure time study, identify production capacity and production line requirements.
61Identify the process of new materials combination and do process

validation of new materials.
61Provide process input and requirement for new equipment.
61Lead sample PFMEA and review DFMEA.
For Trail Run Production Phase:
61Lead trail run and release layout drawing.
61Make process drawing and update PFC and WI, according to design information.
61Review tooling drawing, input related information for tooling making and provide technical support.
61Release in SAP system, create routing and carry out system maintenance on process.
61Follow up the production process, confirm process and personnel and make record.
61Lead trail run production meeting and coordinate problem solving.

For Job0 Production Phase:
61Provide process support for production, organize related meetings and solve related problems timely.
61Prepare and update PFC, PPK document to Quality department.

For SOP Phase:
61Monitor the production cycle with Capknowledge and solve problems timely.
61Assist to deal with the customer complaint and support production process.
61Implement related tasks assigned by department leader.
