备注:该职位是驻厂在天津空客工厂服务。 Mission Your mission is to maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and capability with providing professional onsite service and consultancy while promote service products to generate service NIS. 您的使命是通过提供专业的现场服务和咨询,***限度地提高客户对服务质量和能力的满意度,同时推广服务产品,创造服务销售收入。 Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 61 Work independently on Atlas Copco tool installation, calibration, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting; software installation & debug & basic troubleshooting 61 Make line patrol schedule and provide relevant report 61 Provide tool products operation training to customer 61 Follow up customer open issues until it closed 61 Response for company products quality information collection, warranty claim & report 61 Follow up and feedback customer complaints 61 Keep good communication with customer, sales and within team 61 Raise red flags when there is business and technical risk 61 KPI data collection, analysis and demonstration 61 On time and correctly report working activities and time into operation system 61 Provide technical problem solving and root cause analysis report 61 Technical support for sales and on-site service engineers 61 Coaching other on-site service engineers and arrange on-site service work 61 Fix assets, safety PPE and fire protection equipment management 61 Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Quality policy from both Company and Customer 61 Strictly follow the safety procedures and work instructions, be directly responsible for personal safety in workplace. Correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities.
