Job Purpose 岗位使命: Own the full life-cycle of Low-Voltage-Motor quotations, delivery, and after-sales support for ILM customers worldwide. Act as the single point of contact between engineering, production, supply-chain, and global sales teams to secure fast, competitive, and reliable motor solutions. 全面负责ILM全球客户低压电机的报价,协调交付及售后支持,成为工程、制造、供应链及全球销售团队之间的***对接窗口,确保为客户提供快速、具竞争力且可靠的电机解决方案。
The Role 工作职责:
1. Quotation & Pricing报价与定价 61 Prepare and issue accurate quotations for LVM motors within agreed lead-times. 在规定时间内,准确完成低压电机的报价; 61 Maintain and continuously improve quotation tools维护并持续优化报价工具。
2.Order & Delivery Management订单与交付管理 61 Track Forecast and Order Receive status; align with factory planners to secure achievable lead-times. 跟踪预测与订单接收状态,与工厂计划部门协同锁定可行交期; 61 Coordinate urgent orders, shortages, and change requests until final delivery. 协调紧急订单、缺料及变更需求,直至最终交付。
3.Product & Market Support产品及市场支持 61 Provide day-to-day product-management support— work alongside the Product Manager on spec clarifications, substitutions, phase-outs, and new-product ramp-up. 提供日常产品管理支持——与产品经理一起技术规格澄清、型号替换、停产管理及新产品爬坡; 61 Conduct regular business analysis (margin, price trend, market share) and recommend corrective actions. 定期开展业务分析(利润率、价格走势、市场份额)并提出改进建议。
4.Customer & Service Coordination客户服务与售后协调 61 Arrange and accompany customer factory visits; ensure professional technical presentations and line audits. 安排并陪同客户工厂参观,负责技术讲解与产线审核 61 Coordinate LVM service activities—warranty, spare parts, retrofits—working closely with the Service Center. 协调低压电机售后服务——保修、备件、改造,与服务中心紧密合作。

Your profile 职位要求:
