职位描述 Recruitment Profile for Quality Inspector 验货工程师招聘简介： Main responsibilities: Lead Suppliers Audit to evaluate Quality reliability. Analyse critically Audits results to evaluate risk in terms of Product Quality. Monitor the congruency, with our technical and Quality requirements, of the whole production process starting from incoming controls up to machining process, assembly process, testing, final inspection and packing. Use proactive approach to look for a continues improvement of Process/Product/Test procedure. Perform User/Work/FFU test and Perform quality Inspection according Specific Controls Plan Fill in inspection protocols in a close collaboration with Engineers and Purchase department. 主要职责 1. 主导供应商审核，评估供应商质量可靠性；严格评估审核结果，评估产品质量方面的风险。 2. 监控整个过程的一致性，从进料控制到加工过程，装配过程，测试，最终检验和包装，以及仓储管理。 3. 积极主动的寻求工艺/产品/测试程序的持续改进。 4. 执行性能参数、工况测试、FFU测试工作。 5. 根据公司控制计划进行检验。 Education background and Skills: 教育背景和经验 1. High school in mechanical/electric disciplines. 电气，机械，机电专业大专及以上学历。（电焊机，稳压器，电动工具，资深技术或质量人才，可放宽到高中，中专学历） 2. Min 2 years experience in Quality and/or Maintenance and/or Technology department. 2年以上电焊机、稳压器或者园林工具，电动工具相关行业，质量/维修/技术部门工作经验。 3. Familiarity with measurement device as Oscilloscope, multi-meter, mechanical callipers, millesimal comparators. 能熟练使用一般尺寸量具，检测仪器。如：游标卡尺，千分尺，万用表，示波器等； 4. Team works Oriented with appropriate skills in communication 具有良好的团队合作精神和良好的沟通技巧； 5. Languages: Chinese mandatory – English & Russian will appreciate but not necessary. 具有良好的中文语言表达能力，英语或俄语熟悉者优先； 6. Familiarity with Microsoft SW (Excel, Word mainly) 熟练使用基本的电脑办公自动化软件，主要是：Excel, Word；会简单的图片处理。 7. Analytical skills to be able to spot problems quickly, find the underlying causes and finalize with actions to avoid the problem recurrence. This might involve thinking at 360 degrees, approaching in a critical way process, components, procedure and methods (fish boon analysis…) 具有一定的分析能力，善于思考，能够快速发现问题，找到潜在原因，并最终采取行动，避免问题再次发生。这可能涉及到360度的全方位思考，以关键的方式接近过程、组件、程序和方法(鱼骨图，5Why……) 8.
