主要职责：
1. 在工厂不同部门轮岗学习和实践，快速熟悉工厂生产运营流程、产品知识和管理模式；
2. 及时发现工作中存在的问题，并提出有效的解决方案；
3. 与相关部门协作，共同解决生产、质量、安全等方面的问题；
4. 与不同部门的员工建立良好的合作关系，共同完成工作任务；
5. 积极参与团队建设活动，增强团队凝聚力。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rotate through different departments to learn and practice, quickly becoming familiar with the factory’s production and operation processes, product knowledge, and management systems.
2. Identify issues in the workplace and propose effective solutions.
3. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve problems related to production, quality, and safety.
4. Establish good working relationships with employees from various departments to complete tasks together.
5. Actively participate in team-building activities to enhance team cohesion.

任职要求：
1. 东南亚国家本科及以上学历2025年应届毕业生，专业不限，理工科优先；
2. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
3. 有较强的学习能力和适应能力；
4. 英语流利，掌握马来语者优先；
5. 愿意长期投身于马来工厂的运营与管理工作。
Job Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree or above from Southeast Asian countries, majoring in any field (STEM fields preferred).
2. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
3. Strong learning ability and adaptability.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
5. Willing to commit long-term to the operation and management of the Malaysian factory.
