Responsibilities and duties
Know methods of vehicle audit process, including risk-based thinking
Know the applicable customer-specific requirements
Know the audit scope related and the requirements applicable in IATF16949
Know applicable manufacturing processes, including PFMEA and control plans
Know the applicable core tool requirements related to the scope of the audit
Know how to plan audits, conduct audits, report audits, and close audit findings.
Control/Monitor supplier performance data by PRR, PPM tools.
Preparing and submitting routine reports to SD/SQ China
Support localization, component validation and PPAP approval.
Cost recovery
Supervisor incoming inspection and Non-conforming Material disposal
Complete task assigned by Purchase Manager and Quality Manager
Other assignment by DPC and AP’s SQ/SD.

Basic qualifications
Education Background
Bachelor degree or above
Major in Engineering & Science


Skills and knowledge
IATF 16949 knowledge
SPC
Good Communicate skill
Well versed in PC operation
Good oral and written English


Working Experience
2 years in QA/QC position
Electronic or relative industry experience
