Job Responsibilities工作职责: 协助质量经理管理团队的日常工作及与各部门之间的沟通配合,确保质量管理体系得到有效落实和不断改善 Cooperate quality supervisor managing daily work and communicate with different department closely, ensure quality control system is implementing well and to be perfect. 2. 负责新项目阶段质量策划,跟踪开发阶段所有问题点,确认pre-sign off程序得到有效执行。 Charge of advanced quality planning and follow all open issues, ensure pre-sign off producer was implemented well. 3. 负责内部质量问题的识别,升级和后续处理跟踪及有效性。 charge of identifying internal abnormal case and escalating, following feedback and handling efficiency. 4. 负责工厂文件的受控、发放和定期维护。 Document controlling, release and update. 5. 客户投诉主要责任在厂内控制时,作为leader负责投诉的调查过程并输出报告。 Claim responsibility is fixed in process control , as 8D leader to lead process investigation and output 8D report. 6. 确保所有改善措施在厂内得到了有效执行并且做了系统上的维护改善 。 Ensure all improvement actions were implemented well and make control systems improving 7. 服务中心反馈质量问题的跟踪和改善 Follow up and improve quality claim from service center 8. 领导重大质量问题的内部改善。 Lead internal quality improvement of important case 9. 通过定期对质量现状的评价分析,对过程文件的有效性或实施过程进行审核、维护、更新,并定期评估质量控制系统现状,提出 改进建议。 Organize quality evaluation regularly for operation process and documents, according to audit result to maintain\update or modify related documents. 10. 管理并培训内部质量人员以满足客户不断提高的质量要求。 Manage and train QC inspection team to satisfy more and more critical requirements from customer. 11. 支持WCM相关工作。 Support WCM related work 12. 发现重大或批量质量不良事件,需及时采取措施,防止损失扩大,必要时可要求停止生产。 Find significant or batch quality claim events, has the right to stop production line.
