1、 进货质量检验的管理 Incoming Quality Control Management
2、 供应商的管理 Supplier Management
主要工作Main missions:
控制来料质量 Control Incoming Goods Quality
1、按进货检验策略，拟定进货检验规则
Study out components sort inspection rule according to the IQC Strategy
2、对进货产品进行抽检，确保进货质量符合要求
Inspect the incoming goods and make sure the quality is OK.
3、阻止不合格原材料流入，通知支持功能部门，并对下批来料加严检验
Prevent non-conformance parts from coming in, notice support functions and strictly inspect following parts.
4、参与每天的红区产品评价和生产线QRCI，对零部件问题进行处理和反馈
Join the team to judge the non-conformance parts, follow the procedure to deal for the issue of components
5、 协调进货检验员的工作
Coordination IQC Technician work
6、 组织和监控ISO14000/ISO18000/TS16949内部评审和其他稽核，确保行动计划被实施
Organizes and monitors ISO14000/ISO18000/TS16949 internal audit and other management audit concerned and their action plan realization.


管理质量监狱 Manage Quality Prison
1、监狱零件的出入管理
To manage NOK parts go in and out the quality prison.
2、负责监狱零件的定期清理：退货、报废等
Clean the NOK parts in quality prison, for example return or scrap etc.

供应商质量 Supplier Quality Management
1、 供应商年度审核计划及其实施
Annual supplier audit plan and implement;
2、 对供应商的过程审核
Supplier process Audit R@R;
3、 向客户提交生产件批准PPAP文件(含项目阶段、SOP后产品和或过程更改时), 获得客户的批准文件
Provide PPAP files (including project stage, and product/process engineer changed), and get the approval from the customer
4、积极参与过程流程图、失效模式分析、控制计划、产品作业指导书的编制会审，负责产品检验指导书。
Actively participate to the PFC，PFEMA，Control Plan, Products Operation Instruction creation and review. In Charge of creation for Products inspection
instruction
5、不合格品原因分析
Non-conformity cause analysis;
6、 对供应商提出不合格品抱怨
Complain for the non-conformity from suppliers
7、供应商质量问题的处理/跟踪及解决方案的验证
Supplier quality issue solution/accidents follow up, solution validation;
8、根据供应商零件问题的调查结果，及时督促供应商更新其相关控制文件，并制作或更新佛吉亚来料作业指导书
Require supplier to update relate documents about quality control on time,create or update SW of incoming material checking;
9、主导VAVE/年型项目中关于供应商零件相关质量问题的处理/跟踪及解决方案的验证;
Lead solution/accidents follow up and solution validation for VAVE and yearly project;
10、供应商质量绩效评级及跟踪
Supplier quality performance evaluation and follow up
11、参与与供应商零件相关的质量问题原因分析
Participante to quality problem analysis related to product from supplier.
12、进行项目阶段供应商产品质量管理工作
Supplier quality management during project development status.

最低任职资格要求：
minimum qualification
1、大专及以上学历管理相关专业；
2、有3年及以上供应商质量管理工作经验；
3、有良好的沟通及分析问题的能力；
4、良好的英语读写能力。
理想候选人的任职条件：
ideal candidate profile
1、熟悉16949体系要求；
2、了解内饰件的工艺，及常见缺陷，并积累一定解决问题的经验
3、了解供应商风险来源以及快速响应相关的应对措施；
4、掌握5W2H，8D问题的分析方法。
