Summary/Objective The IT Support Representative is responsible for the timely completion of incidents and requests across a wide range of IT disciplines, with an emphasis on providing an amazing customer service experience for our users. You will work in close cooperation with others on the IT team, as well as in coordination with other business departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ●Provide technical support to end users ●Mac and Windows desktop support duties ●Perform software installs and updates ●Set up and configure laptops, printers, peripherals and networking equipment ●Assist with network issues, mobile device management, and 3rd party application management. ●Answer all types of support requests, track the request, provide detailed information on the reported issues and resolutions ●Be able to perform basic administrative duties on Google Workspace domain to include account creation and modification ●Escalate issues as appropriate Competencies ●Results Oriented. ●Problem Solving/Analysis. ●Time Management. ●Communication Proficiency. ●Teamwork Orientation. ●Integrity. Minimum Qualifications Experience: ●Experience with macOS and Windows support and troubleshooting ●Experience with MDM applications, anti-Virus, productivity and Instant messaging tools ●Application layer troubleshooting ●Experience supporting LAN ●Experience with IT Service Management ticketing tools ●Minimum 1 year of related experience in similar position Education & Skills: ●Associates degree (BS Preferred) ●English speaking skills
