职责：
1. Understand the specification of the customer and elect the right solution;
2. Support PM and manager on all project in Logic development, product testing, technical document and issue analysis etc;
3. Review Logic related development documentation, ensure the correctness and standardization.
4. Provide guidance and advanced training for development engineers.
5. Supports production manufacture and solves the problems in the manufacture;
6. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering
2. Experience in the Logic design of optical communication system
3. Be proficient at VHDL or Verilog logic language.
4. Skilled use of Logic development tools including such as ISE, Diamond and so on.
