首要职责
Primary Functions
确保设备、设施的安全、稳定运行；
Keeping the facility in safe and stable operation.
按照要求维护保养设备、设施，保障高水平运行条件；
Maintaining and repairing the facility as requirement to make facility in the standard of Makino
及时处理故障、问题，确保完善、稳定的工作环境
Handling the malfunction and defect on time to make good circumstance for staff.

主要任务和职责
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- inspecting and checking facility daily;
日常巡检及设施运行；
- Be responsible for facility maintenance work;
工厂设施的运行维护工作
- Be responsible for facility subcontractor management, continuously improve its performance;
管理设施分包商，不断提升管理水平
- To implement other tasks assigned by manager and support other necessary project in own department;
执行经理安排的任务，同时支持相关改造项目
- To maintain and develop as needed, the inspection, testing, and preventive/predictive plan;
执行验收、调试和预防性维护计划
- To build up necessary SOP and WI for operation requirement;
建立标准设施运行、操作流程
- solving malfunction on time by self;
及时动手解决出现问题

职位要求
Position Specification
资格： 工程、机械、电气大专以上学历以上学历
参加过EHS培训者优先

Qualification： Diploma in engineering, mechanical or electrical
Attendance in EHS courses will be an advantage

经验： 设备工程或工厂建造经验
5年以上暖通相关工作经验
熟悉施工估价
Experience： Experience in facility engineering/ equipment maintenance
5 years of HVAC-related work experience
Good knowledge in price estimation of related work activities
基本能力： 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
关注质量和效率
良好的谈判能力
较强的动手能力
具备良好的安全意识
Essential Attributes: Good interpersonal and communications skills
High regards to quality and expediency
Good negotiating skills
Good hands-on skills
