I BROAD FUNCTION 岗位职能
1. Provide Technical support to Sales, Customers and REHAU Plants for application of the product/range of the BU industry (furniture components).

2. Transfer technical inquiries, developments (customer and in-house) between Sales Offices, Customers and REHAU Plants.

3. Liaise with other CT within REHAU for knowledge sharing and focus on internal optimizations/localizations.

II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
1. Preparation on support of comprehensive knowledge of the markets relative to the products and applications in REHAU's fields of interest, and relative to priorities with the sales division.
支持与REHAU感兴趣的领域产品和应用相关的市场综合知识，以及与销售部门的优先事项相关的市场知识。

2. Permanent search for new applications / developments in the market with sales.
通过销售在市场上永久搜索新的应用程序/开发。

3. Co-ordination of the active co-operation of all specialized departments involved within the framework of the application of products, under consideration of the definitions relative to quality, costs, and deadlines.
在考虑质量、成本和截止日期相关的情况下，协调产品应用框架内所有相关专业部门的积极合作。

4. Complete definition of the products function prosperities under consideration of staged qualities in compliance with the customer and / or market requirements, thus setting up technical data for CHEM, Plant, Logistic and process engineering departments.

5. Co-ordinate with Sales/Plant/Processing/CHEM of localization projects related to application area.

7. Handle customer’s complaint and support Plant to take action of prevention and improvement.

8. In defined cases the CT division is responsible for the assistance in decentralized application engineering fields, such as for training measures, preparation of concepts, instructions, and verification, assistance in concrete queries.

III REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
1) EDUCATION 教育背景
Junior college or above degree in Wood science/Mechanical/Polymer Processing Engineering.

2) EXPERIENCE 工作经验
Not less than 3 years of relevant experience as technical engineer/ technical customer support.
