Create and maintain on-going sales & agent business; 开拓和维护正在进行的销售业务和代理业务; 2. Manage quotation requests on all modes of transport received by agents prospects; 负责每天处理来自代理商和潜在客户的各运输方式的报价请求; 3. Ensure profitability on all requests; 确保所有的报价保有利润; 4. Participate in relevant events & meetings with agents and customers; 参与代理商和客户的相关活动及会议; 5. Liaise with operational departments to find best solution for any given transport; 保持与业务部门的沟通,提供较好的运输解决方案; 6. Create and maintain relationships with agents and customers; 与代理商和客户建立和保持良好的关系; 7. Keep yourself updated with market situation in general for all modes of transport; 确保自己掌握相关所有运输方式的最新市场情况; 8. Must be able to act according to defined targets including meeting KPI and budget; 必须能够根据既定的目标行事, 包括达成 KPI 和预算; 9. Back up for team members when necessary; 必要时做同事的后备; 10. Follow other instruction from Leader. 完成上级安排的其他工作。 Personal Capabilities & Education 1. Over 3 years working experience in sales assistant in freight forwarding industry good knowledge base in freight forwarding sales; 3年以上销售经验在货代行业,有良好的货代销售知识储备; 2. Excellent expression ability, thinking ability and communication ability; 优秀的表达能力,思考能力与沟通能力; 3. Skilled in OFFICE application, and EXCEL, PPT production ability; 熟练的OFFICE 运用能力,和EXCEL 、PPT制作能力; 4. CET-4 or above, able to read and understand English documents and letters, able to communicate orally; CET-4或以上,能读懂英文文件及信函,能进行口语交流; 5. Strong editing skills, sensitive to figures; 具备较强的文字编辑能力,对数字敏感; 6. Pleasant personality, rigorous work, proactive, good sense of responsibility; 性格开朗,工作严谨,做事积极主动,具备良好的责任心; 7. Strong ability to work under pressure, good teamwork skills. 有较强的抗压能力,具备良好的团队合作。
