Job Responsibilities工作职责: -> Be responsible for the plant facility and manufacturing equipment of non-stopping running, maintenance and repairing, overhaul, and renovation. -> Lead the drafting out of technical specifications for customized machines, machines' installation, commissioning, SOP, and throughput ramp up. -> Develop, implement, and update 52 weeks PM and PdM schedule and plan; establish and keep historical records for critical machines; analyze the root causes, do faults statistics, and make continues reliability improvements to increase the equipment uptime. -> Use LEAN tools and methodology to optimize the maintenance and repairing operations, and lead TPM program in the shop floor to get the goals of zero unplanned downtime/defects/machine capacity losses/accidents. -> Focus on the consumption of water, electricity, and compressed air; take actions to improve and increase the energy utilization rate. -> Spare parts and storeroom management; decrease the inventory and increase the turnover rate; streamline the parts acceptance, kitting, and procuring procedure. -> Lead the plant renovation and expansion project which includes: i. As the internal and external interface with government, designing institute, and HQ to get alignment, permission, and ideal scheme. ii. Confirm the project volume, construction period, and quotation with party B; draft out the construction contract (technical portion) per Saint-Gobain's standardization and customized requirements, expected construction period, and the final acceptance standard; double check project budget, cycle, quality guarantee, and any risk before bidding. iii. Follow up the project schedule; carry on supervision and evaluation during the construction and decoration; on-site coordination with part A, B, and subcontractors to ensure the safety kept, and project quality promised, and technical requirements aligned. iv. Conduct project final acceptance, clarification of the part A and B's obligation and responsibility within warranty period, and supplement contract preparing as needed. * Other duties -> Accomplish the annual performance evaluation of staffs, and formulate the employees' KPI target for next year; develop and revise the daily working scope and responsibility from time to time, and the annual training plan (internal/external) for employees. -> Treat with internal conflicts and complaints between staffs, and enhance the synergy of team efforts. -> involve in the government inspections, and cooperate with Admin dept. to take effective measures and actions to eliminate any risk and illegality; supervise and inspect internal staffs and contract-out suppliers to abide by the company and government regulations. -> Work out and achieved fiscal year budget and cost controlling targets, and especially concern the waste of resources and energy conservation. -> Take part in internal and external audits like ISO 9001/14001/16949 and take effective measures and actions to eliminate all nonconformities.
