Job Description：
-Create standard Firmware design platform and algorithm.
-Review Firmware design document/report.
-Create new Firmware debug case to follow protocol and customer requirement.
-Lead Firmware technology study and share the experience.
-Train Firmware engineer.
-Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
-Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualification and skills：
- Good Firmware develops and design for optical product.
- BS Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent required
- 5+ years of C development experience in embedded software
- Experience writing device drivers and board support firmware
- Solid knowledge and experience about realtime operating system, data structure and algorithm
- Knowledge product protocols such as SFP, QSFP, OSFP, QDD, etc.
