Responsibilities and duties · Participate in the project responsible for the design and development of the new project process, the output process design technical information, such as process design specifications, FMEA, CP, SOP, etc., leading new products trial run to ensure the smooth progress of production and ensure that the process documents under the controlled conditions in the production of all aspects of the strict implementation; · Responsible for the production line, equipment development, the production line, equipment operating instructions, production line equipment debugging and layout, to ensure the smooth progress of production · Develop & implement new / improved manufacturing process timely · Identifies, analyses process and equipment related problems and take appropriate corrective actions top resolve them · Install required equipment to meet implementation schedule · Identifies & provides tools, jigs & fixtures to support manufacturing requirement timely · Insure preventive maintenance is performed and equipment uptime is improved · Support production to meet quality responsiveness and cost objective · Improve production yields, OE and FTQ goals · Ensure production readiness by resolving all identified problems · Participate in engineering change implement and follow all the required procedures and best practice · Participate in quality improvement and cost improvement activities. Qualifications / Requirements · Bachelor graduate at least University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; · Good skills of communication and conflict handling; · Be familiar with connector product assembly process, non-standard machine design is plus; · Familiar with the wiring harness assembly process, crimping die technology, wiring harness testing process, a wealth of wiring harness production process experience · Familiar with the development and application of new energy harness and connector products · Basic knowledge in TS 16949; · 5+ year work experience as a ME or relate position;
