Job description:
1. Reporting and FP&A on cluster level: Deliver Cluster conso reports, such as Expense report/Capex report/P&L AOC Productivity report (EBIT Transition) etc with high quality and could continuously improve efficiency with digital tool;
2. Cluster Capex Control:
2.1 Overall capex management on Cluster level. Evaluate
Capex investment on ROI and Payback, and CSC change if needed;
2.2 Keep tracking on Capex investment, make sure the project progress is on track;
2.3 Responsible for Capex BR for cluster level.
3. Product Cost analysis:
3.1 Key projects cost simulation and timely tracking, support business department to cost down; Support cost simulation optimization process;
3.2 Monthly cost analysis for star product , analysed variance for Act vs Standard Cost, and drive actions from business;
3.3 Especially support WD project cost simulation and product cost analysis.
4. Business support and Process optimization: Work effectively with business leaders, to proactively drive key business initiatives and provide business insights (risk and opportunity analysis) & evaluate financial impact on the business;
5. Assist finance manager for other reporting, analysis etc ad-hoc tasks, be back up for plant BPs;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance management or Accounting;
2. At least 3 years working experience and 1 years cost analysis or FBP experience in MNC;
3. Strong Finance/accounting Background, CMA/ACCA preferred;
4. Family with SAP system; Expert on Excel and PPT, digital tool (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus;
5. Could work under high pressure; Good at communication and organization; Strong will to push business;
