Responsibilities:
？ Design module lab at Wuhan according to business needs and module lab management experience.
？ Make corresponding budget for infrastructure, equipment, HC and other resources of Wuhan Laboratory.
？ Responsible for equipment development and purchase.
？ Responsible for new test capability development.
？ Responsible for the development and retention for test Engineers and Technicians.
？ Responsible for new process validation together with TE and lab execution teams.
？ Responsible for test report review and approval.
？ Responsible for daily management of lab execution teams.
？ Lead team to solve critical problem at customer side.
？ Learn automation and digital technology to help the Lab execution team improve the efficiency and quality.
？ Comply with ISO17025 laboratory management system, lead and support internal & external audit.
？ Support APS roadmap and related tasks.
？ Finish other assigned tasks from direct manager.

Requirements:
？ Familiar with AutoCAD & CATIA and Office Applications
？ Familiar with Autoliv products and regulatory requirements.
？ Familiar with APS (Lean Production) concept.
？ Familiar with hardware and software principles of test equipment.
？ More than 8 years of experience at auto parts lab management.
？ Familiar with the laboratory ISO17025 management system.
？ Good English listening, speaking and writing skills.
