Job Description: -HSE policy implementation 1). Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support HSE managements. 2). Set up, follow up and ensure the compliance with the legal requirements within the plant. -Risk management 1). Identify the risks and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, safety equipment, and work process. 2). Stop the machines or technical device in case of danger to life or health 3). Organize job safety analysis and find out the solution to get rid of the risks with operational teams. 4). Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine their causes and find out preventive actions. 5). Perform accident/incident investigation, report, record and analysis. -HSE operation 1). Plant patrol on a regular basis to establish HSE presence and provide support. 2). Evaluate, advise action, improvement of key indicators such as, the quality of emergency drill, safety meeting, safety induction and on the job safety training. 3). HSE report to government on monthly/yearly basis. 4). Monitor & audit working area, ensure the compliance of safety standard. -Training & communication 1). Plan, organize, evaluate the program / activities to build employee awareness on HSE. 2). Carries out any in-house HSE trainings / HSE audits on subcontractors. 3). Communicate safety knowledge to employees, create HSE campaigns, and bulletin board for communication. 4). Set up HSE committee and develop them to be active team. 5). Manage communication / campaign to build up HSE awareness and create HSE mindset atmosphere.
Job Requirements: 1). Knowledge of Occupational Health / Safety / Environment Management; knowledge of HSE norms and regulations; knowledge of manufacturing process; HSE tools. 2). Rigor & Organization; analytical & Problem Solving; ownership & Accountability; implementation & Result Orientation; collaboration & Teamwork. 3). Bachelor/Master degree in Occupational Health and Safety / Government affiliated Diploma in health and safety or equivalent; at least 3 year experiences in Occupational Health and Safety, preferably in manufacturing environment; license of Safety Officer.
