Fluent in English communication is mandotory 2. 5+ years experience in IT service industry 3. 3+ year management experience of the team at least 5 HC 4. Experiences in multiple cultrue client facing role including operational review and escalation/complaint management 5. Analytical skills and experience in process, workforce and budget management. 6. Oversea team mangement experience is a plus 7. PMP and ITIL certificates are prefered. 8. Need to be proactive, flexible on the job and can deal with pressure.
