The main responsibility of the District Sales Manager is to work in the field, develop, drive, support and follow up the activities to sell products and services in the geographic area together all Dealers. The District Sales Manager has the operational responsibility to steer the sales related activities in the market and business plan in collaboration with the dealer sales force, aiming at reaching our commercial targets in the district. Duties and Tasks District sales strategy implementation · Daily close support to dealer sales business · Ensure package sales strategy well implement at dealer level · Ensure dealer sales business operation process align with company strategy · Coordinate with other dept. to gather necessary sales support to dealers · Feedback all the reasonable requirements from both dealer and customer sides, provide proposal/solution as well · Improve/Ensure quality of different projects at dealer side (including DMS / Demo truck / marketing event etc.), especially the authenticity of the DMS data. · Deeply involved into key account cases and hand by hand support dealer to win the crucial deals · During the initial period after launch, on-site visit customer together with dealers if needed, aim to get the prompt front line information and instant support dealer sales on-site · Implement and foster our Sales Mindset in the area. Lead by example · Foster a result and customer oriented mind-set · Follow up set KPI:s from Sales Strategy · Manage the pricing strategy · Identify new business opportunities · Ensure that relevant financial and statistical reports are compiled, analysed for further improvements · Monitor market and competitor activity, trends and demands Coach the sales force · Set, track and report on dealer sales activities and plans, sales forecasts, objectives and targets · Coach, motivate and encourage accountability in sales teams to reach targets · Identify deviations and generate appropriate action plans · Engage actively in sales meetings · Visit dealers and workshops regularly for development and follow up · Visit customers together with dealers to boost the deal. Lead by example Desirable experience & qualifications · Relevant Education or equivalent work experience · Domestic truck and Key account sales experience is highly preferred · Business knowledge and experience from a similar role an advantage · Managerial and Leadership experience · Good competence of Office software
