岗位职责: 1、Visit and seek potential modernization clients, visit architects, construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.
拜访和寻找潜在的改造客户,拜访改造需求客户,以寻求和积极地寻找新的改造机会;
2、Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the KG Modernizations targets and Schindler internal procedures.
按照迅达中国的目标和内部流程,执行报价、谈判、订单、改造销售合同的关闭,并监督合同的合规性;
3、For clients in the current portfolio, Sales Modernizations will communicate, assist, coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader.
针对现有客户,改造销售需与相关负责人做好沟通、支持、协调和维护工作;
4、Support and coordinate with the Technical Specialist and the Key Account Manager any issue related to major modernizations.
针对重要改造项目的问题,积极支持并配合技术人员和重要客户经理的工作;
5、Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center when required, and with the KG Field Operations, through the Branch Manager.
针对大型或复杂的改造项目,与分公司总经理一起协调改造和设计相关事宜。
岗位要求:
1、Education Background 教育背景
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
本科学历或以上,机械、电气或工业工程专业优先。
2、Work Experience工作经验
- Desired experience in sales roles in similar industries for at least two years.
至少有两年在相关行业的销售工作经验,机电设备、暖通、建材行业为佳。
3、Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 关键能力、技能和知识
- Be familiar with PC skills;
熟练的电脑操作技能;
- Be careful, responsible and team work;
认真,仔细,有责任心,团队意识;
- Good communication and coordination ability;
具备良好的沟通和协调能力;
- Be familiar with E&E trade and have knowledge in E&E;
