岗位职责： -Keep safety environment and execute company safety policy. 负责生产现场安全状况，执行相关安全政策 -In charge of the production team to match the production schedule in right quality and cost, co-operate with relevant department to solve the production problems quickly. 把握生产计划完成情况，协调相关部门迅速处理生产上存在的问题，确保生产保质保量的完成 -Manage the material, equipment’s, and tools in the manufacturing area. 在制造区域进行物料，设备，工具的管理 -Conform routine quality and Team Leader, Group Leader’s check. 确认产品质量和核查班组长的检查记录 -Participate in activities relevant other departments which for production, especially in process trials (changes in process). 参与其他部门在生产上的相关活动,特别是工程试验(工程变更) -Work together with production manager to achieve the KPI，and corrective actions. 协助生产经理落实车间的KPI,纠正生产过程中不正常的活动 -Develop and maintain the 5S work in the working area. 改善和维护生产现场的5S工作 -Bring up the team leader together with the team buildings. 作好团队建设，发现并培养一线管理人员 -Realize the target include the operator skill、suggestion & near miss、safety report and standardization. 目标实现 （员工技能、合理化建议、安全隐患报告、标准化） -On-going continuous improvement activities (including the productivity, quality, safety & cost). 推动持续改进的活动(包括生产力，质量，安全，成本) -In charge of related EHS responsibility of this position. 负责本岗位在EHS中的有关职责. -Finishing the other work required by leader. 完成领导要求的其它工作
任职要求： -Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or related. 电气相关专业本科以上学历。 -Minimum 8 years related work experience, including 5 years production management experience. 8年以上相关工作经验；5年以上生产管理经验。 -Strong supervision, managerial talent and leadership skill. 强有力的监督、管理和领导力。 -Good English skill can meet daily communication requirements. 英语能力能满足日常沟通需要。 -Work under high pressure. Be willing to take responsibility. 能在高压下工作，勇于承担责任。
