Requirements

Organize and manage the EHS /Sustainable function within a given perimeter.
Define, follow-up and audit the fairness of the socials, environmental and governance development plans.
Manage H&S issues and improvement plans, deploy H&S standards.
Establish prevention programs in order to avoid work related accidents and occupational illnesses, and related costs.
Drive sustainable innovation to support business differentiation.
Manage sustainability transformation programs.


Qualifications

More than 3 years manufacturing /OEM ODM factory working experience.
English can be used as office language
Have experience to lead project/ program with safety / sustainability transformation
Digital mindset / automation basic knowledge
