Position: SQE-EEM（汽车电子）
Brief Task Description：
1. Supplier Assessment for new supplier or new process;
2. Participant new project technical review and submit supplier risk assessment to support sourcing activity;
3. Lead a Multi-function team to manage new projects to fulfill milestone gateway;
4. Mass production suppliers quality issues management, including root cause analysis, corrective action and improvement plan.
5. Lead Suppliers development activities including continues improvement, warranty reduction etc.;
6. Support JV and FCA plant/SQ in APAC region
7. Periodic evaluations of personal KPI and projects risk

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Automotive Technology, Electrical & Electronics engineering or related
Experience: Over 5 years of experiences in Supplier Quality management in OEM; E&E commodity related is preferred;
Skills & Competence:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, overall in English;
2. Understanding and experience with APQP, Quality Inspection, Process Audits, Quality Analysis and Suppliers Evaluation;
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word , Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint);
4. Good organizational and communication skills.
5. Able to review GD&T requirement, develop and evaluate machining and checking gauge, SPC control.
6. Inquisitive, detail oriented with strong analytical and innovative problem solving skills.
7. Exceptional teamwork, demonstrated ability to work under different timelines and to manage in parallel short term imperatives and long term strategies.
8. Willing to travel domestically up to 40% of time; willingness to have conference call in the evening with the Global team;

任职资格：
学历：学士或以上学历，汽车技术、电气与电子工程或相关专业
经验：5年以上OEM供应商质量管理经验；与E&E商品相关者优先；
技能和能力：
1. 优秀的口头、书面沟通和表达能力，整体英语能力强；
2. 对APQP、质量检验、过程审核、质量分析和供应商评估的理解和经验；
3. 熟练掌握微软办公软件（Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint）；
4. 良好的组织和沟通能力。
5. 能够审查GD&T要求，开发和评估加工和检查量规，SPC控制。
6. 善于探究，注重细节，具有较强的分析和创新解决问题的能力。
7. 出色的团队合作能力，表现出在不同时间段内工作的能力，以及并行管理短期任务和长期战略的能力。
8. 有40%的时间愿意在国内出差；愿意在晚上与全球团队举行电话会议；
