Main responsibility: 1. This role is to work with HRBP team to drive BU HR activities & implementation to support business strategy 2. Work with HR functional teams to ensure HR daily operations timely and efficiently; 3. Deploy HR programs (Training, One Voice, etc.) in business to drive competency improvement and employee engagement;
Key requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. 1-3 years’ relevant HRBP experience. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willing to support and help. 4. Business oriented, result driven, passionate and proactive. 5. Proficient in oral and written English. 6. Detailed oriented, good on multi-task. 7.
