Job Description: 1.According to business strategy and needs to collect retail training needs, establishment, adjustment and implement the training course; 2.Through retail data analysis, timely find shop problems, provide training/project solution for retail sales promotion; 3.Refining shop sales and service experience, combined with the strategy to localization the service process, output the training materials suitable for localization and implement; 4.Responsible for the training session follow up for Shop/Area, to check and follow up shop staff learning situation, and timely feedback to the sales team; 5.Assist to set up the learning and development system of retail sales staff, and the corresponding content construction; 6.HQ training project localization and implementation; Qualifications: 1.Bachelor Degree or above, retail training related experience or major in Audiology background preferred; 2.3 years or above relevant experience in retail chain business management or training; 3.Retail training direction, with a terminal store operation or sales experience, familiar with the process of the operation of retail stores, have good sensitivity at retail data, with independent development ability and speaking ability; 4.Strong affinity, good interpersonal skills and training ability; 5.Familiar with office software, especially good at PPT,Excel, etc; 6.Good in written and verbal English(Working with HQ); 7.Have a passion for retail works, willing to travel and ability to work in fast pace environment。
