1、 职责目的Position Objectives:

开发和维护食品饮料行业的客户,管理和协调经销商的业务活动,确保销售目标和利润指标的达成。
Develop and maintain F&B customers, manage and coordinate distributors business activities, ensure sales and profit targets achievement.

2、主要职责Key Responsibilities:
85 完成本部门下达的年度及季度销售、订单、盈利及回款指标,并力争超标。
To accomplish annual/quarter sales, order, margin and collection targets, try the best to excess.
85 执行事业部的关键增长策略,并达成事业部的标准工作要求。
Execute the growth initiatives defined by the department, and fully accomplish the department’s standard work.
85 利用市场信息,确定、实施业务战略,并根据公司战略制定计划,以发展目标细分市场。
Leverage market information, identify, implement business strategies, and make plans in line with corporate strategies to grow the targeted market segment.
85 计划并实施关键客户战略,以加强与主要现有客户和高潜力客户的业务关系。
Plan and implement key account strategies to strengthen business relationships with major current and high potential customers.
85 定期拜访所负责的客户,及时并准确地将客户信息录入公司数据库中,同重要客户建立密切的业务关系。
Regular visit the customers in responsible area and build close business relationship with them. Record customer information in company database timely and accurately. Establishing close business relationships with important customers.
85 及时了解客户的需求和发展方向,并提供快速和优质的支持和帮助。
Understand customer need and trend, provide prompt and high quality support and help.
85 认真执行公司和本部门的各项规章制度,包括对销售价格和折扣的规定。
Implement company and department’s policies seriously, include the policy regarding sales price and discount.
85 积极推进本部门的销售计划和对新产品、新应用及新客户的跟踪.
Actively execute sales plan of the department and closely follow the promotion of new products, new application and new customers.
85 具有较强的整个团队合作精神。
Strong team-work spirit.

3、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement:

85 专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional background
大学本科或以上学历,食品科学与工程,生物工程,发酵工程,化学工程,机械工程或相关领域的专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in food science and engineering, biological engineering, fermentation engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields.
85 相关工作经验Relevant experience
10年以上在啤酒、饮料、乳品、食品或过滤行业的从业经验,熟悉食品饮料的生产工艺。
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the brewing, beverage, dairy, food or filtering industry, strong knowledge of food and beverage production process.
5年以上销售工作的从业经验。
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales.
85 在确保业绩,实现利润和销售目标方面,有着良好的销售记录。
Proven sales track record in securing results and meeting profit and sales targets.
85 正直诚信,踏实可靠,善于激励他人及自我激励。
High level of integrity, credibility, can-do spirit. Strong awareness of self-motivation and inspiring others.
85 需要良好的人际关系和沟通能力。
Interpersonal and communication skill are required.
85 良好的中英文口语和书面表达能力。
Good spoken and written in English & Chinese.
85 能够接受50%以上的出差时间。
Willing to travel above 50% of the time.
