工作职责: 1. Develop strong relationships and manage ongoing negotiation with customer as official EFI representative in technical side during product development. 2. Interpret customer requirements (technology, process, quality, schedule, etc.), respond quickly and solve problems, and commit to customer satisfaction. 3. Launch and monitor the project: track process by updating plan,profitability index and budget report,regularly report the project status to management,complete project gate review and acceptance,achieve project QCD targets. 4. Establish and manage cross functional team(EE,Simulation, Mechanical, Quality, Process, production, Purchasing Supplier.), define team members' objectives and assignments, monitor the completion quality of the members, maintain and stimulate their work enthusiasm, and build a positive team atmosphere. 5. Monitors the program by building the project master schedule and doing the follow up by workpackage and in the corresponding reviews. 6. Manage the engineering change during project development phanse. Economical responsibility for all devidations from initial requirements. 7. Conduct risk & opportunity analysis,make and implement approciate action plan. 8. Ensures proper project transfer from R&D department to operation department at steady state production. 9. Other works related to customer. 任职资格: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above ,major in industrial automation, Mechanical design, electronic and electrical technology or related; 2. Over 5 years related working experience, 3 years project management experience at least; 3. Rich experience in product development or project management(Experience in motor product or electronic parking module development is perfect; 4. Fluent English; 5. Financial knowledge 6. Strong communication and negotiation skill,and conflict management skill 7. Familiar with major OEM development procedure (Ford, VW, GM, SAIC, and other local OEMs) 8. Knowledge of automotive electronic product development and manufacturing process is preferred. 9. Proficient in IATF-16949 tools (APQP, SPC and PPAP). 10. Familiar with 8D problem solving method, Six Sigma and lean production is preferred.
