For our Commercial team, we are looking for a Commercial Team Leader to help and assist sales and distributors to ful03ll Siemens’ target in a reasonable, legitimate, compliable way; to ensure productivity & process quality through e-business & automatic process.We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. You’ll make an impact by * Manage the OM-O team to ensure efficient and professional handling of customer order related activities and requirements, as well as the centralization of internal OM processes. * Drive financial excellence by managing assets, such as UBC, AR, Bank Drafts, and Forfeiting business. * Serve as the interface between customers and internal departments, including LCC, BU, OC, and SU, to optimize order handling quality. * Lead and drive OM-O Order related excellence projects to enhance commercial competence and drive transformation. * Coach the team and cultivate a spirit of ownership and a growth mindset. * Plan and implement team members' development plans and motivate the team to achieve challenging targets. * Stay close to the Regions and customers to proactively provide commercial value. * Other tasks assigned by managers.
