Responsibilities/职位责任: 1. Responsible for hardware support by performing system installation, qualification, troubleshooting and conducting system training to the customer. 负责通过执行系统安装,确认,故障排除和对客户进行系统培训完成硬件支持; 2. Perform standby duties to support after office hours machine troubleshooting. 执行值班制来支持办公时间外的机器故障排除; 3. Provide support in pre-sales activities, such as products capabilities assessment, products demonstration and presentation. 在售前活动中提供支持,如产品能力评估,产品演示和演示; 4. Prepare SOP and other documents required by customer. 编写客户需要的标准操作流程(SOP)等文件。
Requirements/职位要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering and automation related engineering. 电气/电子/机械工程及自动化相关专业本科或以上学历; 2. Good computer skills, good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction. 良好的计算机技能,良好的团队合作精神,良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,注重客户满意度; 3. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root cause. 具有解决复杂问题,找到问题原因,并且解决问题的能力; 4. Basic verbal and written skill in English. 基本的英语口头和书面表达能力; 5. Be able to travel. 能够出差。
