General Description
Mainly responsible for eDrive mechanical development tasks and be customer interface for technical discussion at system level.

Key Accountabilities
1. Responsible for the mechanical integration concept design and detailed design of eDrive;
2. Responsible for the development of eDrive and troubleshooting work in DV/PV Tests;
3. Responsible for eDrive boundary check and assembly Stack-up calculation;
4. Responsible for eDrive outline drawings and 3D maintenance;
5. Responsible for eDrive BoM building and release, continuously lead the VAVE task from engineering side;
6. Responsible for prototype building in A/B sample phase and DFM/DFA optimize work in C sample phase.
7. Organization of eDrive development and assignment of tasks to component engineers;
8. Work closely with global R&D team in development.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering is required ;
2. At least 5 years’ experience in the development of electrical or hybrid powertrain is required;
3. Experience to be as customer interface in EV project;
4. Must have 3D software experience (NX). Have rich experience of mechanical design for casting will be better;
5. Good cooperation, communication and organization capabilities;
6. Good written and spoken English is required.
