MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

61 Create a good IMAGE, balancing commerciality, and the company strategy through a deep analysis of the fashion trends and the store's results.

61 Always offer a clear representation of the brand's Image and the up-to-date concepts,

61 Be responsible of all the store's image standards.

61 Ensure the excellent adaptation of the company guidelines and follow up the details of the merchandising.

61 Propose and identify actions to effectively boost the sales behind a daily analysis of the products, reacting proactively with always a creative approach.
通过产品分析发现并积极提供能够提高销售的多种陈列方案，以满足门店销售目标的需求。
REQUIREMENT:

61 University degree is required
大学及以上学历
61 Good in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated
良好的中英文书写及表达能力，其他语言可加分
61 Team management experience

61 Numeric and analytic experience

61 Passion for fashion, and details oriented.

61 Strong organizational and time management skills -Ability to lead by Example, motivate and develop staff.
