Your tasks: 1.Create process documentation, Process Flow Chart, PFMEA (according to latest version of guideline), Process Instructions 2.Follow PFMEA high risk table and provide immediate improvements to manufacturing process steps with the highest severity, frequent occurrence of failure and pure detection of failure 3.Support production line to do the process failure analysis and product diagnosis 4.Study and improve of process flow to ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipment as optimized 5.Continuously improve manufacturing processes at the plant by designing of new tool/ fixture / gages as well as new machines build according to lean manufacturing, safety and ergonomics roles 6.Search for new techniques and method to make process stable, safe and fast running 7.Ensure stability of running processes based on SPC and MSA guideline 8.Perform qualification of new equipment/machine in the launch phase 9.Perform process/product training for operators, maintenances and quality staff as well 10.Participate in new product launching by giving support to entire new project management team 11.Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time
Your profile: 1.3+ years’ experience in mechanical assembly or electronic manufacturing industries. 2.Equipment manufacturing or Auto industry experience is plus. 3.Familiar with mechanical assembly line process and equipment. 4.Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ability for tooling/fixture design /upgrading; 5.Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical and electronic engineering 6.Good oral and written English skills
