1. Coordinate and arrange the audit schedule for auditors in the team including 61 The 3rd Party audits schedules for vendors and pre-audits accordingly; 61 The audit schedule for existing and new vendors per the schedule plan, travel cost and audit priority. 61 Communication with suppliers and foreign colleagues on daily bases; 2. Support to facilitate the team’s working processes & track the routine operation including: 61 The auditors’ report completion progress and the audit report completion status form; 61 Maintain supplier information and audit data in supplier audit schedule; 61 Support to maintain 3rd Party audits form, High risk vendors list, New vendor audit list; 61 Maintain team member’s time off records and travel rate; 61 Make monthly audit data and open/closed CAPA data; 61 Organize team’s regular trainings, team building activities, etc and maintain the training records; 3. Support the internal compliance and documentation; 4. Support other work related to ethical sourcing program, internal compliance, retail pre-audit program and team operation per assigned; 5. Communicate with stakeholders related to other job responsibilities, when necessary, including but not limited to the following: 61 Timely update and share of information, including escalation; 61 Reply to stakeholders’ inquiries, discuss and address concern if any; 61 Coordinate with stakeholders’ actions if applicable;
Qualification
- Education level: Bachelor’s Degree. - Language: Fluent writing and speaking in English - Proficient in operating Microsoft office (including but not limited to Word/Excel/PPT, etc.) - Ability to proceed data management and analysis; - Ability to coordinate for project/program management; - Good communication and team work
