Writing of technical documents for inquiry and purchase order for equipment packages as per project specification, requirements of industry codes and standards, classi03cation society rules and all relevant regulatory. 2. Evaluates the technical aspects of bids received from suppliers and concludes technical assessment. Make clarification, evaluation and technical comparison of providers' bid, technical analysis of offers. 3. Assists in placing and executing the orders. 4. Review of supplier documents (such as data sheets, drawings) for their completeness, accuracy and compliance. 5. Ensures all technical requirements incorporated in engineering deliverables. Reviews and validates with various disciplines and stakeholders. 6. Approaching and coordinating with vendors for package solutions. 7. Follow-up of vendors and conduct of clarification meetings. 8. Provides engineering support and advice for quality work at supplier shop, construction or commissioning work at site. Job Requirements: 1. Degree in Engineering disciplines. 2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in marine/ offshore industry. 3. Well versed with regulatory and class requirements. 4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Able to work in a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering design software (e.g. S3D, Autocad).
