负责公司业务数字化系统的开发、运行改进和维护，运用数据挖掘、分析手段推动公司业务流程变革。
Responsible for the operation development, improvement and maintenance of the digital system. Promote the evolution of the business process by means of data mining and analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 负责各业务节点数字化，完成业务流程KPI可视化及自动更新；
Be responsible for the digitalization of business, visualized business processes by KPI follow up and data automation.
2. 支持各部门经理在关键业务流程的数字化解决方案制定；
Support department manager to workout digitalization solution in key business area.
3. 负责数据库管理和维护，ETL设计、模型设计、开发、技术支持等工作；
Responsible for database management and maintenance, ETL design, model design, development, technical support, etc.
4. 为关键用户提供及时的支持，以确保用户以正确的方式应用系统。并通过数据分析，对用户在系统使用中出现的问题，进行识别、围堵和改进；
Provide related on-going support and guide users to understand and utilize system in a proper way.
Troubleshooting and data analysis to identify or solve end-user problems by using the functionality of the system.
5. 与第三方系统供应商合作，设计和交付新流程，来提供用户期望的业务解决方案；
Provide business solutions to meet user’s expectations through the design and delivery of new processes in related system or 3rd party solutions.
6. 通过打通各数据节点，推动交易自动化进程。
Streamline full value chain to enable full transactional automation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 有一定的数据库经验，掌握SQL查询优化方法，掌握BI相关工具，如ETL工具（如SSIS）、OLAP工具（如SSAS）和前端展示工具。熟悉ETL逻辑、OLAP设计和数据挖掘相关算法。会使用Python进行数据清洗分析，了解常用的统计和分析方法优先。掌握JAVA，C# 等常用计算机软件开发语言优先；
Have certain database experience, master SQL query optimization method. Knowledge of BI related tools such as ETL tools (e.g. SSIS), OLAP tools (e.g. SSAS). Familiar with ETL logic, OLAP design and data mining algorithms. Ability to use Python for data cleaning analysis, knowledge of common statistical and analysis methods is preferred. Familiar with JAVA, C# and other common computer software development language is preferred.
2. 良好的英文读写能力；
Good command of spoken and written English.
3. 有一定的业务常识，能够为业务优化提出数字化解决方案；
Have a good understanding of business process and capable to provide digitalized solutions.
4. 有丰富的项目管理知识及经验。
Good knowledge and experience with project management.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、工业工程相关专业毕业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer, Information Management, Industrial Engineering or related.
2. 具有5年以上数字化或IT工作经验；
Over 3 years’ experience relevant to digitalization or IT.
3. 具有外资企业工作经验者优先。
Working experience in a foreign investment enterprise is a plus.
