Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide simulation support to customers as well as drive the methodology development in thermal and fluid (oil lubrication & distribution) field. 2. Provide simulation support to Turbocharger customers as well as drive the methodology development in thermal mechanical fatigue and vibration field. 3. Partner with application engineers to provide FEA simulation, design optimization proposal and drive for implementation including of lite FEA process. 4. Project flawless launch support with team for risk assessment, validation plan definition, and issue resolution. 5. Project launch issue (LIRs/FIRs) support with team to identify root causes of structure failures and drive corrective actions to address them. 6. Following global standard workflow and tools to support simulation with required EUGs, share correlation & lesson learnt, and support science activities within the global domain team.
Job Qualifications: 1. 3 years or above FEA experience from Mechanical, Automobile and related industry, the E-Motor or E-Powertrain of new energy vehicle is preferred. 2. Master or above degree with major in Structural Mechanics or Fluid Dynamics Engineering. 3. English workable.
Skills: 1. Abundant knowledges in FEA, and the necessary knowledges of mechanical products (engine, E-motor and related), and the basic knowledges of product development and process. 2. Proficient in using FEA software ANSYS, Abaqus, PumpLinx, or related. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive internal process and influence external customers mindset for FEA topics to meet business needs. 4. Positive innovation mindsets and willing to brainstorm new ideas for methodology and process. 5. Able to work independently, and effectively manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously while taking direction from several sources. 6. High energy level with constant drive toward continuous improvement. 7. A strong willingness to learn and good team work.
