岗位职责：
1、 负责工艺技术工作和工艺管理工作，编制制定并完善标准作业指导书，规范和完善现有生产工艺及流程，同时为改善生产效率，根据需要提出相应的现场设备、工装改善计划及方案，提供量产生产工装及夹具、模具的解决方案；
Responsible for process technology and process management, develop and perfect the standard work instructions, specifications, and improve the existing production technology and processes, to improve the production efficiency at the same time, according to the need to put forward the corresponding field equipment, tooling improvement plan and scheme, gives a production tooling and fixture, mold production solution;
2、 负责车间新项目或者改善项目所需工装的采购申请，包括滑线、卷盘和ERTG小车，同时涵盖维修备件；
Responsible for the purchasing application of tools for new project and Kaizen project in the workshop, including the sliding line, the volume plate and the ERTG cart, and covering the spare parts;
3、 解释生产过程中发生的图纸问题及技术问题，包括卷盘、ERTG小车和滑线轨道类产品的生产，提供生产技术支持；
Explain the drawing problems and technical problems occurred in the production process, including the production of rolls, ERTG cars and safe bars/transit product, and provide technical support for production;
4、 收集车间合理化建议，为改善车间管理建言献策；
To collect workshop rationalization Suggestions and propose Suggestions for improvement of workshop management;
5、 协助人力资源部做好职工的技术教育及培训；
Assisted the human resources department in the technology education and training;
6、 与公司内部采购、财务和技术，包括销售部门进行技术支持的接口工作，配合相关部门做好新产品的开发工作，提高公司产品的竞争力和市场份额；
With the company's internal procurement, finance and technology, including interface technical support, sales department, cooperate with related departments to do a good job of the development of new products, improve the competitiveness of the company's products and market share;
7、 按时完成生产经理布置的各项临时任务；
Complete the temporary tasks of the production manager cloth cover on time；
8、定期向主管领导汇报工作，接受检查和监督;

9、服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他事务。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历； Bachelor Degree above;
2、理工科、机械类相关专业Major in engineering or mechanical engineering
3、5年及以上相关工作经验，2年以上同岗管理工作经验5 years or above related working experience, 2 years working experience in management.
4、熟悉与掌握生产计划管理、产品生产制造流程；熟悉与掌握生产质量管理；良好的员工管理能力；熟悉与掌握5S管理；熟悉与掌握生产安全管理；
Familiar with production plan management and production process; Familiar with production quality management; Good staff management skills; Familiar with 5S management; Familiar with production safety management;
5、英语听说读写熟练Good command of English both in written and spoken
6、熟练使用办公软件，尤其是EXCEL、WORD等；
