1. Initiate equipment/facility optimization project 2. Participate in working groups/suppliers to drive key equipment or material improvement 3. Design and optimize the process before new product transfer from R&D to manufacturing and maintain the process data 4. Optimize production process, SOP and identify key quality control area 5. Enhance operator’s skills for developed process 6. Facilitation and implementation of the Lean through Rapid Improvement Workshops and projects by value stream 7. Document all the best practice and maintain the information through Share Point 8. Participate in EHSMS implementation
Requires: 1. Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent 2. Be fluent in both writing and speaking English 3. Minimum 3 years of experience in adhesives and sealants, resin or coatings process 4. Familiar with coatings manufacturing processes and standard quality control techniques 5. Familiar with and at least participant in Lean, Quality & Performance improvement processes 6. Ability to effectively facilitate cross functional teams in a process improvement workshop 7. Working knowledge of how to facilitate/lead organizational change initiatives 8. Teamwork spirit and pressure-resistant ability and ability to work under muti-culture environment 9. Familiar with MS office software 10. Any experience on 6-Sigma and CAD is plus
