Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil/Materials Engineer to join our Production Department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the manufacturing of building materials, with a focus on optimizing product quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with design consultants, customers, and product instrumentation suppliers to provide expert advice and develop innovative solutions for our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes for building materials, focusing on efficiency and quality improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to design consultants, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of materials into production.
Conduct experiments and quality control tests in the factory to validate materials and production techniques.
Analyse production data and prepare detailed reports on manufacturing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure all production processes and materials comply with environmental regulations and industry standards.
Oversee production activities, conduct quality assessments, and collaborate with local teams.
Stay informed on advancements in construction materials and production technologies, with a strong emphasis on sustainable manufacturing practices.

Requirements:
MSc degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Construction, Materials Science, etc.).
Strong understanding of basic design and engineering principles.
Experience in the construction or civil engineering fields.
Chemistry background is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
