Growing Raman business in East China by achieving sales and marketing objectives and working with the service team, marketing team and related factory team to achieve sales revenue and customer satisfaction objectives for long term success and market share expansion. 1.Achieving annual sales target. 2.Raising market share in assigned territory. 3.Responsible for all sales activities in the responsible territory or industry. 4.Organizing and participating marketing activities, such as seminars, workshop or demo as needed to generate sales leads and qualify them. 5.Working with application team to provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales. 6.Managing customer satisfaction with all installed customers through effective coordination with Customer Support team. 7.Gathering sales and marketing data and submitting weekly (Expense) and monthly reports (Won/Lost orders, Forecasts, Cold Call Activity, Lead Follow-up) on a timely basis. 8.Arranging presentation schedule with customer base Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Physics, Materials, or equivalent required. Requirement: 1.3 years sales experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the analytical instrument market. 2.Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English 3.Effective interpersonal and listening skills 4.Self-motivated and result focused 5.Would like to travel
