Responsibilities

61 Coordinate cross-reference requests submitted by Sales by running preliminary analysis, assigning items with no matches to the appropriate product divisions, and finalizing the information sent back to the Sales rep.
61 Submit requests for Item or Branch Discontinuation, Material Substitutions, Branch Reactivation/Extension, Branch Status Change, etc.
61 Research, collect and format competitive information to populate for use in Medline’s cross-reference programs.
61 Submit requests for new item creation per direction from Product Managers.
61 Identify opportunities to add cross-reference information such as new competitors, new product lines, acquisitions, etc.
61 Work on other Product Support related projects/tasks assigned by the division or the Product Managers.


Qualification

61 1-2 Years of Work Experience preferred
61 Good command of English communication
61 Good command of Microsoft Excel is a plus
61 Excellent online researching skills and competitive analysis are required
61 Excellent follow-up skills are required
61 Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
61 A highly driven and self-motivated personality required
