Product development
a) Responsible for product development of assigned projects, in line with cost, timing and quality objectives
b) Follow up of product design guideline, Ensure development quality at high level.
c) Deeply involved LL summarized work, case study, TFC reviews, technical review etc. to share experience to the team.
d) Evaluate engineering change request & report on feasibility and estimate how much time/cost will be impacted.

Product Cost Optimization
a) Involve VEVA activity & Production, in expeditiously resolving product design related issues.
b) Further involvement in Line & Design workshop to improve plant’s capability.
c) Contribute to continued improvements, innovations and standardization.
Communication and coordination
a) Communicate with customers about the progress of projects and obtain necessary information to complete the project on time.
Represent engineering in project team and assist project manager with internal project management.
