General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth. 识别和开发新的商业机会以实现销售业绩增长。 2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned existing accounts to ensure customer retention and business growth. 维持并加强与现有销售客户的关系,保证现有客户的维系和保留。 3. Reach new and existing business sales KPIs and budget guidelines from the company. 达到公司新的和现有的业务销售关键绩效指标和预算目标。 4. Constantly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Microsoft Dynamics) 及时更新CRM(客户关系管理)系统(Microsoft Dynamics) Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验 1. College’s degree or higher (preferred related to business administration, marketing or a related field). 大学或更高学历(工商管理、市场营销或相关领域优先)。 2. Sales development and/or freight forwarding experience is preferred – but not a must. 具有货代行业销售或业务开发工作经验者优先。 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders. 出色的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够与一系列利益相关者有效互动。 4. Ability and interest in identifying and develop new business opportunities. 具备识别和开发新商机的能力和兴趣。 5. Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 能够独立工作并同时管理多个项目。 6. Willingness to travel in the assigned domestic region to meet business needs. 愿意根据客户会议和团队管理的需要出差(国内和海外)。 7. Good English verbal, reading and writing communication skills. 良好的英语口语、阅读和写作沟通能力。
