Responsibilities and duties


● Prepare and manage GL books in SAP, ensuring the reasonableness of month-end GL account balances.
● Reconcile GL accounts regularly to ensure accurate and timely booking and clearing.
● Conduct Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss variance analysis, along with other TB-level analysis reports.
● Complete month-end and year-end closing tasks within reporting deadlines.
● Prepare and Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
● Ensure compliance with PRC/US GAAP in all accounting activities.
● Maintain adherence to company policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.
● Assist in preparing financial statements by providing cost-related data.
● Take part in plant costing related activities, including cost calculation, SAP costing data maintain and update, cost-related financial reports

Qualifications/ Requirements


● Strong knowledge of PRC/US GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
● Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems, At least 3 year’s experience in GL(experience in manufacturing factory in Finance function preferred)
● Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or related field
● Be independent, self-motivated, mature and open-minded
● Ability to resist pressure with good daily work management
