Responsibilities and duties
● Support the plant to achieve key operational targets by implementing improvements
● Organize and coordinate timely and accurate implementation of ECN / Permit and the production of various process documents
● Achieve the three major targets of the engineering department: WCR (work content reduction), LE improvement and MU (material savings)
● Supervise technicians to optimize wire lengths
● Adjust the process method according to production fluctuations and update the SOS
● Design the process flow and site layout of the production site according to the BOP requirements
● Study standard production time and balance operator workload to improve LE
● Complete additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications / Requirements
● Bachelor degree or above
● Major in industrial engineering or related field
● Good English reading, writing skills
● Good coaching skills to provide technical training on pre-planning, MSD, SOS, Kaizen improvement and PFMEA
● Familiar with Quality Systems as of ISO14001, IATF 16949:2016, VDA etc.
● Proficient office and CAD software skills
